Bear Claw

Bee Hive

A cinnamon pastry bee hive, with a sweet honey glaze.

Berliner – German-style Donut

A fluffy fried cinnamon sugar donut with raspberry filling. Ask for unfilled availability.

Bran Muffin

Moist and honey sweetened with the distinct bite of bran.

Cinnamon Crispy

A thin and crispy cinnamon swirl with firm bite and touches of carmelized sugar. Made without dairy or eggs.

Cinnamon Snail

The traditional Danish cinnamon pastry, flaky and buttery and coated with cinnamon rolled into their signature snail shell shape and topped with white icing.

Cinnamon Roll with Custard

The same cinnamon snail base, but with a creamy custard filling and a ring of chocolate icing.

Cinnamon Strip (individual piece)

A cinnamon bread baked with layered custard, resulting in a delicious gooey treat topped with white icing.

Cinnamon Twist

A buttery cinnamon pastry braid with pillowy center and crispy ends.

Copenhagen Cookies

Shortbread hand pies with various fruit fillings including: apple, apricot, blueberry, cherry, and prune.

Custard Danish

Flaky and buttery pastries with a rich custard center. Topped with either white or chocolate icing.

Fruit Danishes

Traditional fruit filled danishes feature a dollop of custard and a variety of fruits including: apple, apricot, blueberry, and cherry. We also make a raspberry danish with an almond paste dollop.

Puff Danishes

Also known as “boats” for their distinctive shape, these light and crisp fruit pastries are available with apple, apricot, or strawberry filling. Made without dairy or egg.

Farmer Roll

Cinnamon bun with a buttery bread-like chew, available with or without raisins.

Lamb’s Ear

A pillowy soft cardamom bun with either custard or raspberry filling and a coconut and icing topping.

Love Ring

A flaky, twisted shortbread cookie with almonds and coated with powdered sugar.

Meringues

Delicate piped bites of egg white and sugar are baked to airy, crisp perfection – a crunchy cotton candy-like treat!

Scones

A soft, light pastry similar to the bite of a biscuit, with either cranberry, chocolate chip, or white chocolate with a hint of orange.

Grain Danish

A whole-grain pastry with almond paste filling and a generous coating of sunflower seeds that toast in the oven.

Smiley Cookie

A buttery shortbread sugar cookie decorated with colored icings.

Crackers

Crispy squares of multi-grain crackers, topped with either sesame or sunflower seeds.
